Each HOSS UV Sterilizer features our 80 Watt High-Output T5 lamp(s), configured in an array for maximized UV-C output. HOSS UVs are available in one through four lamp configurations.

HOSS UV Sterilizer Advantages:
- Single-End access allows for easy glass component (lamp/quartz sleeve) servicing and replacement. Threaded watertight lamp connection isolates the lamp from water and outside elements.
- Watertight Design protects all electrical hardware from water damage.
- NEMA 4X Power Supply Enclosure protects transformer(s) and electrical components from damage commonly associated with wet applications. Wiring and assembly demonstrates Emperor Aquatics, Inc.’s attention to detail and quality workmanship. Features include: lamp status indicator LEDs, main power indicator lamp, on/off power switch, re-settable hour meter and a clear external instrument cover that protects LEDs and gauges from water damage.
- 4-Way Mounting brackets allow for either vertical or horizontal mounting. Brackets also allow for multiple power enclosure positioning on the UV housing.
- Standard 2” Threaded Inlet/Outlet Ports.
- Heavy-gauge 316 Stainless Steel UV Housing.
- T5 Low-Pressure/High-Output UV Lamps are the most efficient Low-Pressure Lamps available, converting 33-40% of their initial input watts into germicidal UV-C output watts. Our unique chemically treated glass envelope increases the lamp’s end of life efficiency from 60% (non-treated lamp) to >80% efficiency at the end of lamp life).
