Fluidized
Bed Biological Filters have long established
them-selves as a small footprint/high surface
area bio filter. When space is a consideration,
fluidized bed bio filters should be considered.
EA,
Inc. Fluidized Bed Filters use
a 1 mm silica sand or garnet that offers
a tremendous amount of surface area for
the colonizing "aerobic" bacteria.
When com-paring TAN (total ammonia nitrogen)
removal between the fluidized bed and
packed column style bio filters, the fluidized
bed filter is more efficient.

systems often times require re-aeration or

you with your de-gassing requirements. Our
re-air towers are designed to fit our fluidized
bed filters yet can be adapted to fit almost
any application. Our de-gassing (ozone destruct
units) are generally fabricated to meet the
customer's needs. All units are both efficient
and durable, offering outstanding performance
and reliable operation. |
