SMART HO UV Sterilizers demonstrate our ability
to combine
powerful UV output performance in a space
saving package.
Our UVs feature GPH/T6 high output hard-quartz
glass lamps
that produce approximately twice the output
watts when
compared to standard low-pressure lamps, offering
13 months
of continual operation until they reach their
end of useful life
(80 percent efficient) The high output performance
from these
GPH/T6 lamps allows us to increase the UV
body diameter to
5", raising the recommended water flow
rate. Designed watertightfor outdoor wet environments.
Each exposure chamber is constructed of heavy
wall UV resistant plastic and offers a lifetime
warranty against failure of the plastic due
to UV light, performance is guaranteed when
sized and operated using our performance recommendations.
SMART HO UVs are easily maintained, featuring
our easy-to-remove power assembly that features
an on the cord power supply, protecting it
from water damage due to quartz sleeve failure.

Water Flow Rates
Why are our water flow rates so much lower than each of
our competitors? Unlike our competitors who over rate their
UVs, our water flow recommendations are based on turbid green
water conditions that may exist during installation. Maximum
flow rate represents the lamp performance at 100%, suggested
flow rate represents lamp performance at the end of useful life
(80% efficient). |
